Vacation season is approaching, and we want to send you off with a few improvements for a relaxed summer with Version 5.1 of our bessa Kassa.
🎯 Highlights at a Glance
Independent Settings per Printer
We've completely reworked the printer settings. You can now configure things like copy counts and other options per printer type or print group without affecting other printer settings.
Room-Specific Printer Settings
Printer types and print groups can now also be overridden per room. This is especially helpful when each room has its own beverage bar, for example.
Announcement Receipt (Annoncierbon)
The well-known announcement receipt has arrived in bessa as well. It helps bring order to larger kitchens: alongside the station receipts (salads, soups, mains, pizzas, …), an additional combined receipt is printed — for example, to be pinned to the wall as an overview until the entire order has been completed and can be served at the table together. Which items appear on the announcement receipt is configured in the printer settings of the respective print group.

Room-Specific Dispenser Settings
Similar to printers, dispenser assignments can now be made per room — useful when each room has a different dispenser system, for example.
Viewing Order Details
For better overview and traceability, individual order receipts for an open table or invoice can now be viewed directly in the Kassa. You see exactly who ordered what and when.
These details are of course also conveniently available in the Manager via invoices or open orders. The general order list shows every individual order and can be filtered by various criteria — time range, server, or table — so you can review the order history from different perspectives.
