The new bessa Manager is now live — bringing bessa POS and the bessa add-ons together under one roof for the first time. Instead of switching between two separate manager environments, you now manage your Sales Point and add-ons from a single interface — reachable as usual at manager.diekassa.app.
One Interface for Everything
The bessa add-on features are now integrated directly into the Manager. In day-to-day use that means noticeably fewer clicks, faster order processing, and far more flexibility for complex customer structures:

One central interface for Sales Point and add-ons — no more switching between two backends.

Orders in a single step — capture Sales Point and add-ons together.

Add-on-only customers can also be managed and ordered for centrally.

License extensions for existing customers directly in the Manager.

Flexible license structure per company and location — ideal for franchise setups with several companies under one login.

Different license configurations per location and Sales Point within a single order — previously one configuration applied to all.
For existing Sales Point customers, nothing changes structurally: you keep working as usual and simply have the new options at hand on top.
The Transition at a Glance

The new Manager is now live at
manager.diekassa.app— log in as usual with your existing credentials. -
Anyone who previously used only the bessa Manager at
manager.bessa.apphas been migrated to the new system automatically. Both managers can be used in parallel during the transition phase. -
The previous Manager at
manager.bessa.appremains available until the end of August — in particular for customers with a non-bessa Sales Point. -
From September, the new Manager moves to
manager.bessa.app. After that, you manage everything centrally under a single address.
