What's new?
Dashboard with key metrics
Stay in the loop: How many vouchers have been sold? What's the total value? How many are still outstanding? All the important numbers are now visible at a glance — right when you open voucher management.
Custom voucher templates
Design your vouchers with your own branding. Upload background images, set default values, and manage any number of templates — including drag & drop sorting and live preview.
Flexible voucher creation
Create vouchers directly in the Manager and send them by email, through your white-label app, or as a PDF download. New: extended customer data, personal messages, and the option to use your own voucher codes or NFC card IDs.
CSV import
Already using another system? Import your existing vouchers via CSV file — in just a few clicks.
Automatic invoice generation
On demand, an invoice is automatically created for every voucher purchase — with a configurable invoice-number format, optional legal text, and support for business customers.
Extensive settings
Tailor everything to your needs: voucher code format, payment methods, value selection, email notifications, and much more.
Two card types for every use case

Voucher management is available now in the bessa Manager. Just open the new Vouchers menu item in the sidebar.
