Voucher / Coupon Card System
Online vouchers are a separate bessa module: vouchers can be issued via the WhiteLabel app, a customizable web interface, the Sales Point or the bessa Manager, and redeemed at the Sales Point, in the web shop or in the app. The module works with the bessa Kassa and with POS systems from other vendors. For each kind of voucher you decide whether it can be redeemed company-wide or only at individual locations, see Venue-scoped vs. company-wide vouchers.
Separate from this are the local vouchers of the bessa Kassa (Voucher Management module). They are only sold and redeemed at the Sales Point and are always valid in all branches. A comparison of both modules is in Vouchers at the Sales Point.
