Voucher / Coupon Card System
The bessa system offers a comprehensive voucher module that allows vouchers to be purchased via the white-label app as well as through a customizable web interface. Purchased vouchers can then be redeemed at the point of sale or within the bessa ordering modules.
Sales channels
Vouchers can be sold through the following channels:

White-label app — the end customer can purchase vouchers directly within the app.

Web interface — the end customer can purchase vouchers through a customizable web page.

Point of sale — vouchers can also be purchased on-site at the restaurant cash register.
Additionally, the operator can independently create and issue vouchers for their customers via bessa Manager.
Administration
bessa Manager provides the operator with the following administrative features:

Overview of the number of vouchers sold and redeemed

Access to the complete voucher transaction history

Manual creation of vouchers for customers
End customers can view their own vouchers at any time within the white-label app.
Delivery
Vouchers can be delivered to the customer in several ways:

As a customizable PDF — sent via email or as a printed version

As a physical voucher card — for on-site sales
Redemption
Vouchers can be redeemed through the following methods:

At the point of sale — by scanning the voucher QR code
