All bessa products use the same proprietary printer driver for Android. It unifies many vendor drivers and lets you define layouts that look (almost) the same across every printer. All printer drivers, except Aures, support automatic discovery of attached and nearby devices.
Three output paths are supported: receipt printers and label printers through bessa's own vendor drivers, and A4 printers through Android system printing. A4 printers come with their own technical requirements and are not tied to any vendor list.
