Online vouchers in the bessa Manager — Overview
What are digital vouchers?
With online vouchers in the bessa Manager, you can create, manage, and track digital vouchers and discount cards for your business. Your customers can purchase vouchers through the web shop, the white-label app, or directly through Manager.
These pages describe online vouchers. The local vouchers of the bessa Kassa (Voucher Management module) are sold and managed directly at the Sales Point, see Vouchers at the Sales Point.
Two card types
Online vouchers distinguish between two card types:
Voucher card
A classic gift card with a fixed monetary value (e.g. €25.00). The customer purchases the voucher and can redeem it at your venue. The value is deducted from the voucher when redeemed.

Discount card
A discount card that grants the customer a specific discount value. Unlike voucher cards, discount cards are not invoice-based.

Prerequisites
The online vouchers module must be enabled for your venue. If you see a message that the management is not active when opening it, please contact your bessa reseller.
Navigation
You manage online vouchers through the main menu in bessa Manager. After opening it, you will be taken to the dashboard, from which you can directly access all areas.
