Vouchers can be sold and redeemed directly at the bessa Sales Point. bessa has two modules for this: local vouchers (the Sales Point's Voucher Management module) and online vouchers. These pages describe local vouchers.

Local vouchers are always valid in all branches of your company. If vouchers should only be redeemable at individual locations, be sold online or in the app, or also work at POS systems from other vendors, you need online vouchers.
For local vouchers, the behaviour depends on whether the Voucher Management module is licensed:

With the module, a sequential voucher number and barcode are issued automatically on sale; an additional Vouchers menu entry on the Sales Point provides a list, remaining balance, transactions, reprinting, and revocation. Redemption is possible by scanning the barcode or entering the code manually.

Without the module, a voucher can only be applied as a plain value deduction on an order at the Sales Point — no code, no tracking, no remaining balance.
