Manager

The bessa Manager is the web-based administration interface for your bessa point-of-sale system. Use Manager to centrally control and configure your entire operation – from articles and locations through reports and revenue to user rights and master data. Whether you run a hospitality business, a retail shop or a tax advisory firm: Manager always provides you with a complete overview of your business.

Accessing Manager

Open https://manager.diekassa.app in your web browser and log in with your username and password. Manager is optimised for use on desktop and tablet and does not require any installation – an up-to-date browser is sufficient.

Feature Overview

Manager is divided into the following areas:

Dashboard

The Dashboard is your start page after login. Here you see the most important KPIs of your business at a glance – including current revenues, open processes and a daily overview.

Reports

Under Reports you will find detailed analyses of revenue, sales point closings and other business KPIs. You can filter data by period, export it and prepare it for your accounting or your tax advisor.

Article Management

In Article Management you create and maintain your articles, article groups and how they are displayed on the Sales Point interface. Configure pricing levels, article options, printing groups and the order of courses – all centrally in one place.

Location Management

Location Management enables the administration of your business locations, Sales Points, rooms, tables, order monitors and dispensers – ideal for multi-location businesses and chain systems.

Master Data

Under Master Data you manage basic business information such as company data, tax types, payment methods, as well as users and their roles. These settings form the basis for the correct functioning of your point-of-sale system and for compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. RKSV in Austria or TSE in Germany).

Tips for Getting Started

If you are using Manager for the first time, we recommend the following order:

1. Set up master data: First check your company data, tax types and payment methods under Master Data.

2. Create users and roles: Under Users, create your employees and assign appropriate permissions.

3. Create articles: Maintain your products and article groups in Article Management.

4. Configure location: Set up your Locations, Sales Points and Rooms & Tables.

5. Check the Dashboard: After your first sales, you can see your revenue in real time on the Dashboard.
