The Diagnostics area answers a question that otherwise takes trial and error: why does this Bon end up on this printer – and not on that one? Both pages are purely informational. They change no setting, print nothing, and trigger nothing on the Sales Point – they read the current configuration and work out what follows from it.
You will find the area at the end of Manage → Diagnostics in the bessa Manager.
