The list views in the bessa Manager do not show the same details for every business. If you run sub-terminals you want the Sub-terminal column; if you sell through delivery platforms you want the Source column. That is why most lists let you decide which columns appear and in which order – and some lists offer additional filters.
Show and Hide Columns
In the header of the list, open the Customise columns icon (to the right of the search field). In the dialog you can:
-
show and hide individual columns with a toggle,
-
reorder columns using the drag handle,
-
reset the view to the default with one click.
Your selection is saved and applies to each list separately. A list you never touch keeps looking exactly as before.
Columns that are hidden by default are not leftovers – they are deliberately optional. Show only the two or three details you actually need every day; an overloaded table is harder to read than a short one.

The Print group column only appears if your user role holds the corresponding permission. In the Sales Point list, the Terminal ID is hidden by default – it is rarely needed and can be shown when required.
The Source column names the channel an order came in through – for example a delivery platform or the version of the bessa App.
Filter by Sub-terminal
In the Orders and Invoices lists you can filter not only by Sales Point but by an individual sub-terminal: select the Sales Point first, then the list of its sub-terminals appears. This shows what was entered or settled on one particular device – the same logic as in the Dashboard and in Reports.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Does my column selection apply to my colleagues as well? No. It only affects your own view; everyone else keeps their own arrangement.
I cannot see the "Customise columns" icon. Then this list does not support the feature yet – the table above lists the ones that do.
Does hiding a column change the export? No. The export of a list follows its own export format and not your column selection.
How do I get back to the original view? Use the reset button in the "Customise columns" dialog.
