Version 6.0.0 introduces hotel room management, cloud-backed printer and dispenser settings, and customer pricing tools — plus an in-app language switch, light and dark mode, and faster setup for venues running several terminals.

• Hotel room management: Manage hotel rooms as their own area alongside tables — view them as a list, a floor plan, or a day-by-day booking timeline. Create and edit bookings with check-in/check-out periods and overlap warnings, assign a guest to a booking, and charge open orders to a room with the new "Room" payment method, settled at checkout. Invoices show the service period when a stay spans more than the invoice day.

• Cloud-backed printer settings: Your printers, their roles, and per-room and per-floor assignments are now stored in the cloud and restored automatically when you sign in on a new device or switch cashiers — and can be managed centrally.

• Cloud-backed dispenser settings: Each dispenser's connection setup (USB/serial or fixed IP), including per-room and per-floor settings, is now stored in the cloud and restored automatically on a new device; existing local settings migrate on first start.

• Customer discount groups: Assign a customer a reusable discount group that applies its discount automatically when booking or paying.

• Customer pricing levels (Preisebene): Assign a pricing level to a customer; selecting that customer applies the level and reprices the cart, even when the level is not currently active for the sales point.

• Quick Connect: Sign a device in by scanning a short-lived, encrypted QR code — a sub-terminal from the main cash register, or a main cash register from the web manager — skipping manual login.

• In-app language switch: Switch the app language (English, German, Croatian) on the fly from a flag-and-name picker, and your choice is remembered.

• Light and dark mode: Choose light, dark, or follow-the-system appearance in Settings; your choice is kept across restarts.

• Invoice preview during payment: Print an invoice preview for exactly the items selected to pay — including a partial split — reflecting the applied discount, redeemed vouchers, and tip.

• Card terminal refunds (GP tom): GP tom card terminals can now return money to a card, for example to pay out a credit voucher (requires the refund feature enabled for you by GP tom).

• More device insight in Settings: New "Printer status", "Services", on-device "Logs", and "Help" entries give you live status of your printers and background services, an on-device log viewer, and one-tap access to the documentation. A new sub-terminals overview shows each connected terminal's status and details.

• Faster everyday navigation: A quick-start grid on the welcome screen opens any feature with a single tap, and the payment overview now shows the customer and the table or room on each receipt row.

✨ Improvements

• Sub-terminal printing without full replication: A sub-terminal with no printer configured locally now falls back to the main cash register — including the main register's print settings such as the buzzer, number of copies, and paper feed — so, for example, a kitchen buzzer set on the main register also sounds for orders booked on a sub-terminal. Requires the main cash register on a compatible version.

• Smarter automatic printer selection: With no receipt printer configured, printing now uses the device's own built-in printer instead of scanning every connected printer.

• Earlier certificate-expiry warnings: Signing certificate expiry is now flagged 90 days ahead (previously 30), and an expired certificate is named directly instead of shown as a generic signing outage.

• Clearer reporting: The shift turnover report now shows the number of movements behind each cash amount, and app-rendered card receipts now show the debited amount including tip.

• Separate open-order views: Open counter accounts, open tables, and open rooms each have their own view, and the count next to an area reflects only that area's type.

• App updates on iMin: On iMin devices, the app-store action opens the app's page in the iMin Store.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• NFC voucher scanning at the table: Scanning a voucher by NFC now works on the table-payment screen on devices where ordering happens right at the table.

• Partial cancel and credit: Partially cancelling or crediting a receipt no longer fails with "Payments do not match order value", including selections that span different VAT rates.

• Clearer payment status: A payment is no longer shown as "unknown" once it has been cancelled or marked as paid.

• Table lock after a failed card payment: A table whose card payment failed or timed out is now returned to the user who started the payment, rather than whoever happened to be logged in when it timed out.

• Invoice-number search: You can search the payment overview by invoice number without also entering a date, so older receipts are found by number alone.

• Removed customer addresses: A removed address no longer keeps appearing in a customer's address list.

• Stability on long-running registers: Automatic cleanup of old data no longer risks out-of-memory issues on cash registers with a long history.

📋 Compliance

• RKSV certificate check (Austria): Austrian RKSV signing now blocks when the certificate does not match the cash register's UID / Steuernummer / GLN, and refuses to initialize a new register without a valid one; a register with a placeholder value heals from the certificate automatically.

This maintenance update makes declined-payment receipts clearer and fixes a duplicate-voucher issue and an order-monitor restart problem.

✨ Improvements

• Clearer declined-payment receipts: When a card payment is declined, the receipt now prints the reason beneath the "payment declined" notice — the terminal's message plus its result code where available — so it's clear why a payment failed even when the terminal returned no receipt of its own.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• No duplicate voucher on table settlement: Settling gift-card (voucher) sales one invoice at a time on a table no longer issues a duplicate voucher for a line that was already paid, which had previously created active vouchers worth more than the amount actually taken.

• Order monitor restart after an app update: The order monitor on a main cash register now reliably restarts after an app update instead of silently failing while still appearing to run; it retries on its own and, if it still can't start, tells staff to restart the device.

• Unconfigured order monitor shows nothing: An order monitor with no article groups or no order statuses assigned now shows nothing instead of every order, so an unconfigured monitor is no longer treated as "show everything".

This maintenance update makes printer and dispenser settings reliable across updates and devices, hardens background synchronization, and fixes several order-monitor display issues.

✨ Improvements

• Exclusive table and room search by number: Searching a table or room by number is now exclusive — typing on the number pad replaces the filter chips with the entered number, and the room, name, and open/unoccupied filters are ignored until the number is cleared, so you jump straight to the table or room you need.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Central printer and dispenser settings for satellites: Printer and dispenser settings configured on a satellite (such as an Orderman) are now saved centrally through the main cash register instead of only on that device, so they survive an app update or a re-login. Settings already configured on a satellite before this change are moved up automatically on the next start.

• Settings no longer appear empty after an update: Printer and dispenser settings no longer look empty on a register or its Ordermans after an app update. The device shows its local settings until they are imported into the cloud, and that import now completes reliably on the first start.

• Settings configured while live are kept in demo mode: Printer and dispenser settings configured while the register was live are now shown after switching into demo mode, and later cloud changes keep coming through. Settings a technician configures during demo take precedence and are still carried over when the register goes live.

• Reliable synchronization after cancelling a payment: Cancelling a payment and reopening its order no longer blocks the register from syncing to the cloud when the original payment had not been uploaded yet. The reopened order and the cancellation previously referenced each other in a way the server rejected, so transactions kept piling up unsynced.

• Background sync survives an Android restart: The background sync service no longer crashes the app when Android restarts it after the process was stopped; the service now reliably shows its notification on restart instead of being terminated for starting too slowly.

• Full-height number-pad dialogs on tablets: The discount, tip, and voucher number-pad dialogs use the full screen height again on tablets in landscape instead of cutting off their bottom button row, and dialog headers on tablets are slightly more compact.

• Course-group dishes finish together across stations: The order monitor now staggers the dishes of one course group by the longest preparation time across all stations, so items split across different station monitors still finish together instead of a solo dish appearing immediately regardless of its own preparation time.

• Readable article groups on the order monitor: Activating an article group on the order monitor no longer leaves it with an unreadable black-on-black appearance; groups without a custom color now fall back to the default light background.

This maintenance update keeps the register responsive during busy service, makes leaving demo mode reliable, protects satellite settings across updates, and clears a sync warning that could not be dismissed.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• No more freezes during busy service: The register no longer freezes during a rush with blank screens (open tables, the table and room grid, the article and order layout) or Ordermans stuck on a loading spinner until a restart. A slow database or an unresponsive signing device can no longer stall the app through the on-screen status indicators.

• Faster booking dialog and reliable satellite printing: The booking dialog and the room check-in list stay fast even as the booking history grows, and a print job sent from a satellite to the main cash register no longer hangs when the main register stops responding.

• Leaving demo mode is reliable again: Leaving demo mode no longer crashes the register or traps it in a loading loop while queued receipts are signed. The signature status view now uses the locally stored certificate instead of reading the signature card, so it no longer collides with signing over the single card reader.

• Satellites keep their own settings after an update or re-login: A satellite (such as an Orderman) no longer loses its printer and dispenser settings after an app update or re-login. Re-registering with the main cash register on start no longer overwrites the device's own settings with the main register's still-empty copy.

• "Single receipts" is saved in demo mode: The "Single receipts" printer option is now saved when configured in demo mode instead of being lost, so it is carried over to the cloud when the register goes live, just like the other printer settings.

• Sync warning that could not be cleared is gone: The main cash register no longer shows a permanent "1 item not synced" warning that a manual sync could not clear. It was caused by removing an article group from an order monitor; registers already showing it clear it automatically on the next sync.

This maintenance update keeps kitchen tickets accurate when a table orders the same dish with different sides, gets receipts printing again when a network printer is offline, and makes digital invoice uploads more reliable.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Kitchen tickets stay accurate for shared dishes: Kitchen-monitor tickets no longer appear struck through as if cancelled — and no longer reappear after being cleared — when several orders on one table hold the same dish with different side dishes. Each dish is now matched by its full make-up, so one variant never cancels another.

• Receipts print promptly when a printer is offline: When a networked printer is switched off or unplugged, its receipts no longer hold up the ones queued for your other printers. The unreachable printer is skipped for a short cooldown and prints its own receipts again as soon as it is back online.

• Accurate printer connection status: The printer status screen now shows a network printer as disconnected when it cannot be reached over the network, instead of always reporting it as connected.

• Reliable digital invoice uploads: Digital invoices now upload reliably where each order is individually signed for fiscal compliance. Every order's signature is sent before the order itself, so the upload is no longer rejected and delayed until a later background sync.

This maintenance update keeps every kitchen, grill and bar ticket on the printer it belongs to, stops screens from starting up blank, and makes sure the register always shows your most recent article and table layout.

✨ Improvements

• Room charging follows role permissions: Charging an order to a hotel room now requires the permission to order on rooms. Grant it to any role that should keep the room payment method available.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Every ticket prints on its own printing group: On a satellite such as an Orderman without its own printer, each ticket of an order prints on the printer of its own printing group again, instead of kitchen, grill and bar tickets all coming out on the printer of the first item's group.

• Screens no longer start up blank: Table tiles, article buttons and the order sum stay filled when the register starts while its currency is still loading — for instance right after a full sync. Names appear straight away and amounts follow, without restarting the app.

• Always the latest article and table layout: Where two entries claim the same spot on an order screen or in the table plan, or the same table, the register now consistently uses the most recently changed one, so outdated article buttons and tables no longer surface.

Release Date: 2026-07-29

This maintenance update puts pricing levels back on schedule — both the ones assigned to a customer and the time-controlled ones — and gets satellites such as Ordermans starting up reliably again.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Customer pricing levels survive a reopened order: A customer's pricing level is applied again when items are booked onto an order that was opened earlier, for instance after restarting the app. Reopening the order restores the customer's prices instead of falling back to the regular ones.

• Time-controlled pricing levels switch on schedule again: Pricing levels with a time restriction switch exactly as configured, including ranges that run past midnight such as 17:00 to 01:59. The prices of the active level apply, and prices on screen follow a level as it starts or ends — on the cash register and on its Ordermans.

• Satellites start up reliably again: A satellite such as an Orderman no longer stops during start-up with an "address already in use" error while it searches for the main cash register, and it recovers on its own when that search is briefly blocked.

• Correct service status on a satellite: The service management screen on a satellite no longer shows the "Main Sales Point" service as running. The row now reports that the service is not required on that device, because only the main cash register runs it.

Release Date: 2026-08-12

This maintenance update keeps the cash register fast and responsive through a long, busy service, credits every booking to the member of staff who actually made it, and makes sure a payment always charges exactly what is in the cart.

🆕 New Features

• Faster change with the number pad: Handing out change is quicker. An amount entered on the number pad now counts as the amount given as soon as you tap the cash payment button, so the change due is shown straight away without going through the split payment screen.

• Clearer support logs for failed logins: A failed login now writes a diagnostic log entry naming how the PIN or key arrived and whether the register holds any staff credentials at all. Support can now tell a mistyped entry from a scanner fault or from staff data that never reached the device.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Register stays fast over a long shift: The cash register no longer slows down and eventually freezes during a long service. The subgroup list, the open-tables overview and the open-orders list no longer leave work running in the background for entries that are no longer on screen.

• Bookings are credited to the right member of staff: Booking, cancelling or moving items by pulling the staff key is credited to the member of staff who pulled the key, instead of occasionally landing on the register's default user.

• A payment always charges the current cart: A payment can no longer charge articles that have left the cart, and it can no longer bill an already paid order a second time on another receipt. If the amount cannot be calculated, the register reports an error instead.

• Demo mode works again on a fiscalised register: An already fiscalised cash register switched to demo mode can issue receipts again. Demo receipts are no longer rejected as not matching the register's company ID (UID, Steuernummer or GLN), and the stored ID stays untouched for as long as demo mode is active.

• Article scanning is reliable again: Scanning an article no longer books a second article nobody scanned, and a barcode is no longer split into pieces when the register is briefly busy. An attached keyboard keeps working for navigating and confirming as before.

• Unreadable staff key no longer blocks the key reader: A staff key the register cannot read no longer stops the key reader from accepting further keys until the screen is changed.

• Satellites connect again after a reset: A satellite such as an Orderman can connect again when the main cash register still has an outdated device stored for it, for instance after the satellite was reset — provided both run this version. When connecting or disconnecting fails, the message now names the reason instead of showing "Unknown".

• Automatic day-end closing runs on time: The automatic day-end closing now runs at its configured time even when tables are still open, regardless of which member of staff is signed in. The open tables carry over into the new shift, so morning sales no longer count towards the previous day.

• Order monitor without statuses no longer holds dishes open: Dishes routed only to an order monitor that has no order statuses selected no longer stay open forever. Such a monitor shows nothing, so its dishes are marked done straight away instead of waiting for a status no monitor ever displays.

• PIN screen instead of a locked-out register: A register configured with a default user it cannot find now asks for a PIN instead of staying open, and the app no longer closes from the PIN screen when the staff list cannot be read.

• Cleaner subgroup list: Entries in the subgroup list no longer show a stray separator line under them after the list has been scrolled.

This patch restores responsiveness on the order screens, where the cash register could slow to a crawl and then close itself within minutes.

• Register stays responsive on the order screens: On a table, room or counter screen the cash register could become slower and slower and then close itself after a few minutes — on main registers and satellites alike. It now stays responsive for as long as the screen is open.

This patch restores order receipt printing on network printers that are set up by their hardware address.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Order receipts print again on network printers: A network printer set up by its hardware address instead of an IP address received nothing at all — the register checked the wrong address and never handed the job over. Invoices kept printing throughout, because the receipt printer is connected by USB. Such a printer prints again, and no reconfiguration is needed.

• An unreachable printer no longer holds up the others: A printer that stays offline is retried more slowly instead of every few seconds, so it no longer slows the register down or delays the printers beside it.

This patch corrects the amounts on discounted and split bills, shortens the wait for the card reader, and keeps satellite devices such as Ordermans in sync.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Discounts stay correct after an aborted card payment: A discount on the bill remained what it was set to. Aborting a card payment and starting it again deducted the discount a second time, from the already reduced amount, which left an amount on the receipt that could no longer be corrected.

• Split bills add up to the amount ordered: When a bill of a table, room or counter is split onto several guests, the individual receipts now add up to the total. The last guest is no longer asked for an amount a few cents off that fits none of the prices on the bill.

• Every product pulled across the scanner is booked: Two barcodes read shortly after one another are no longer joined into a single unknown code, and no item goes missing while the register is busy.

• SumUp payments reach the card reader right away: The register no longer sits on "Checking card reader" for up to a minute before the payment starts.

• The graphical table plan stays steady: Selecting a table no longer makes the plan blank out and redraw several times a second, which left the tables without their number, name and amount.

• Satellites keep syncing across a version gap: A satellite (e.g. an Orderman) and the main cash register running different app versions — whichever is newer — keeps syncing: the satellite gets the room plans it can display, its receipts and payments keep arriving, and neither device is slowed down by failing requests.

• Satellites no longer stop syncing until restarted: Waiting for a kind of data that is switched off on that device no longer holds up everything else the satellite has to fetch.

• A register stays usable when its cloud login lacks the settings permission: The register keeps its sales point, its active day and its fiscalisation even when the cloud does not hand out its printer settings.

This patch keeps SumUp card payments going after a quiet spell at the register.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• SumUp payments go through after a longer break: When no card had been used for a while, the first payment afterwards was cancelled with an error and had to be started again. The register now renews its SumUp login by itself and carries on with the same payment, so the guest taps once and the amount is booked.

This patch keeps printer and dispenser settings reliable across the register and its satellites, speeds up registers with a large warehouse catalogue, and lets a self-service card payment finish on its own.

✨ Improvements

• Self-service card payments finish on their own: A SoftPOS card payment (Hobex) used to wait for someone to tap "OK" on the payment app before returning to the register. It now comes back by itself a few seconds after the result, so an unattended self-service checkout completes without staff stepping in.

• An available update informs instead of alarming: A new app version is now shown as a blue information notice rather than a red error, so nobody is pushed into an unplanned update. Only a required update is still reported as an error. On a satellite, the size of the gap to the main cash register decides how urgent the notice is.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Caller identification keeps running all day: A register with caller identification switched on closed itself after a few hours of operation. It now keeps running, and the display of incoming calls comes back on its own.

• No more minute-long waits on a large warehouse catalogue: Receipts print and data synchronises without minute-long delays on a register with a large warehouse article catalogue. A till connected to a main cash register also stops storing stock movements it never shows.

• Printer assignments stay as they were set: Saving one printer assignment no longer resets the others to an earlier state, and a change made right before leaving the settings is no longer dropped. A save now either goes through or reports an error instead of staying on screen indefinitely. On a satellite (e.g. an Orderman) a change shows right away instead of after up to a minute.

• Dispenser settings arrive on the satellite right away: A satellite (e.g. an Orderman) shows a changed or removed dispenser setting immediately instead of keeping the previous one for up to a minute. A setting saved right before leaving the screen also arrives instead of being dropped halfway, and a save either goes through or reports an error.

• The register finishes starting during a full synchronisation: The app no longer stops on the start screen without a message when a full data synchronisation happens to run at that moment.

Release Date: 2026-09-07

This patch keeps handhelds and tills working alongside the main cash register: they stay open while their data synchronisation starts, pick their services back up as soon as somebody works on them, and stop collecting stock movements they never show. Fast scanning books every product again, and a customer's price level now reaches the options on an item.

🆕 New Features

• The login screen says when a register cannot sign itself in: Some registers cannot report a readable serial number, so the serial entered in the web manager can never match them and the automatic sign-in never happens. The login screen now states this outright instead of leaving the operator to guess why nothing is happening.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Satellites stay open while their data synchronisation starts: A satellite (e.g. an Orderman) could close itself while its data synchronisation was still starting up, so staff found the app gone seconds after switching the device on. A synchronisation that cannot be answered right away is now given up instead of holding the app until Android ends it.

• Fast scanning books every product: Two products pulled across the scanner almost at the same moment were both lost. Each one is now booked as its own article, and the shopping cart keeps up with the scanner instead of visibly trailing behind while items are added.

• Services come back as soon as the register is used again: After a restart, data synchronisation, the order monitor, caller recognition and remote support could stay off for up to ten minutes. They now return as soon as somebody works on the register again, and the service overview no longer reports a register that is merely idle as faulty.

• A customer's price level also applies to an item's options: Linking a customer with a price level to an open order left the options of an item on their old price and tax rate, so a single item could carry two different tax rates. The options are now priced at the customer's level as well. An option the option group hands out for free or at a fixed surcharge, and a price typed in by hand, stay as they are.

• Stock movements no longer pile up on a till: A till connected to a main cash register kept stock movements it never shows for hours. It now clears them at the shift change, and it no longer stores the ones from its own bookings in the first place.
