Sometimes the Windows Connector fails to start und just shows a white page. This most likely means the connector has a corrupt cache for some reason. In order to fix that:

Open the command line

Type
%TMP% -
Navigate to the folder the command line suggested

Find the
Treuepas Connector Cache -
Nuke the folder
-
Restart the connector
