Coupon Management - Overview
What are digital coupons?
With the coupon management in Bessa Manager, you can create, manage, and track digital coupons and discount cards for your business. Your customers can purchase coupons through the Web Shop, the Whitelabel App, or directly through the Manager.
Two Card Types
The coupon management distinguishes between two card types:
Coupon Card
A classic gift card with a fixed monetary value (e.g., 25.00 Euro). The customer purchases the coupon and can redeem it at your venue. The value is deducted from the coupon when redeemed.

Discount Card
A discount card that grants the customer a specific discount value. Unlike coupon cards, discount cards are not invoice-based.

Prerequisites
The coupon management must be enabled for your venue. If you see a message that the management is not active when opening the coupon management, please contact your Bessa dealer.
Navigation
You can access the coupon management through the main menu in Bessa Manager. After opening it, you will be taken to the dashboard, from which you can directly access all areas.
