Managing Coupons
Overview
Under "Coupons" you will find a list of all sold and created coupons. Here you can view the status, search for coupons, and perform actions such as booking or cancelling.
The Coupon List

Already redeemed coupons are visually distinguished in the list.
Sorting
Click on a column header to sort the list by that column. Clicking again reverses the sort direction.
Filtering and Searching
Card Filter
Using the Card dropdown, you can restrict the list to a specific coupon card or discount card. Select "No Filter" to show all cards.
Status Filter
Using the Card Status filter, you can specifically filter by redemption status:

Search Field
In the search field, you can search by email address, name, or external ID (coupon code).
Export
Click Export to download the current selection as a file.
Note: The export only works when a card filter is active. So first select a card before exporting.
Coupon Detail View
Click on the info icon in the last column to open the detail view of a coupon.
Header Area
In the upper area you can see:

Card name and the card type (e.g., "Coupon Card")

Coupon code (for coupon cards) or External ID (for other card types)

Current balance — the current value of the coupon

Valid until — the expiration date (if applicable)

Status — whether the coupon has been redeemed

Note: For coupons created before November 2025, an invoice may not be available. In this case, a corresponding message will appear.
Transaction History
Below the actions you can see the transaction history of the coupon with all bookings:

Click the info icon of a transaction to view payment details (payment method, amount, origin, status, and buyer/recipient data).
Book or Cancel a Value

Click Book / Cancel in the detail view

A dialog opens where you can enter the desired amount

Confirm the booking
Note: The button shows "Book" if no booking exists yet, and "Book / Cancel" if bookings already exist.
