Redeemable Items
If you use a point card, you can configure in the bessa Manager which items your customers can redeem directly against collected points. These items appear in the bessa white-label app as redeemable rewards.
Important
Redeemable items and point-redemption promotions are mutually exclusive. As long as you have point promotions active, you cannot mark items as redeemable — and vice versa. Remove all point promotions under Promotions first, before adding items.
Add items

In the bessa Manager, open Customer Loyalty → Redeemable Items.

If no lock notice is shown, click + New to search for and add items.

Assign each item the corresponding point value.

Assign each item an item image so it looks more appealing to users in the app.

Save your changes.
Lock notice: what to do
If you see this orange notice:
"There are point promotions. Remove all point promotions first to add points to items."
Proceed as follows:

Switch to Customer Loyalty → Promotions.

Delete or deactivate all point-redemption promotions.

Return to Redeemable Items — the + New button is now available.
