Reporting

The Reporting section in the bessa Manager provides a comprehensive overview of all business activities in your operation. Whether you need sales analyses, sales point closings, or data exports for your accountant – here you will find all the tools to evaluate your business figures and make informed decisions.

You can access the Reporting section in the bessa Manager via the main menu under Reporting.

Tip: Use the various filter options in each section to narrow your reports to specific time periods, locations, or sales points.


Reports

In the Reports section, you can analyze your sales and transaction data in detail. Create reports by time period, product groups, payment methods, or employees and identify trends in your business performance. The graphical display helps you see your key figures at a glance.

Sales Point Closings

The Sales Point Closings section displays all completed daily closings for your sales points. Here you can view past sales point closings, reprint them, and trace the settlement data for your accounting. Each sales point closing contains a complete summary of all sales, payment methods, and tax information.
