After we have set up Scalefusion for tablet customers, the following steps must be carried out on the tablet:

The tablets must be in factory state, i.e. as if freshly unpacked

Start the tablet and tap the welcome screen 6 times; a QR code scanner then appears

Use the QR code scanner to scan the QR code sent by email

During the setup process, please agree to everything that is asked. The QR code installs a software called "Scalefusion". This is our management software, with which we can deliver APKs, lock tablets to a specific app and much more.

Once Scalefusion is installed, start the app. Scalefusion presents a checklist that has to be worked through; all toggles in the list must be active for the setup process to be complete.

Once the process is complete, the app is installed on the tablet and should also be started.
