Transferring Vouchers to the Whitelabel App

If a customer operates a whitelabel app, three ways are available to transfer a voucher to the app:

1. Sending via Manager A voucher can be sent directly from Manager to the app.

2. Scanning in the app The voucher is captured via the scan function within the app and transferred automatically. This requires that the voucher module is set up correctly (see video below).

3. Direct purchase in the app The voucher can also be purchased directly within the app.

Transferring a Voucher to the App

Prerequisites: A bessa whitelabel app must be installed on the mobile device and a user account must be set up.

Steps:

1. Open the bessa whitelabel app on the mobile device.

2. Create a user account or log in.

3. Select and open the desired venue.

4. Tap "Scan code" and scan the QR code of the voucher to transfer. The voucher is then automatically assigned to the account.
