The Connector folder always contains 2 versions of the current release: an .exe and an .msi file. In general, the .exe file is preferred. For unclear reasons, installation can fail on some Windows POS machines. If this happens, you can try to install the Connector using the .msi file – the error should then no longer occur.
The IP address as well as the fiscalisation ID of the Sales Point must be entered in Manager under Order Settings > Sales Point Settings.
