Stock Level Changes

Stock levels change automatically as a result of sales or cancellations.

In addition to automatic postings, the following manual posting types are available:

  • Inventory Count
For an inventory count, the actual stock level is recorded and the system automatically calculates the required change based on the calculated stock level.

  • Stock In
The entered quantity is added to the article's stock level.

  • Stock Out
The entered quantity is deducted from the article's stock level.

  • Transfer
The entered quantity is deducted from the current stock and added to the target stock.

Via the respective posting dialogs, the Label Printing can be opened using the Print button, which is at the same time pre-filled with the corresponding number of labels.

Stock Level Changes at the Sales Point

Under the "Stock" menu item, you can switch between the assigned stocks and edit the article stock levels via the article groups. By directly selecting an article, the stock level can be changed individually, similar to the inventory count. Via the 3-dot menu, one of the posting types can be carried out as a bulk operation. This means that many similar postings are collected and carried out together at the end.

Stock Level Changes in Manager

  • Delivery quantity: Entry of the delivered quantity, which is added to the current stock level.

  • Unit cost (net): The net unit cost price for later cost and price calculation.
