Set Up Customer Loyalty

This article briefly describes how you can set up the bessa customer loyalty module. This module can be used in 2 variants.

1. With whitelabel app

2. Without whitelabel app

With Whitelabel App

The venue owner can use the Customer Cards menu item in Manager to set which customer cards to offer. Points are then collected via the app; every order and every invoice can be used by the customer in the app to collect points.

Without Whitelabel App

The venue owner can use the Customer Cards menu item in Manager to set which customer cards to offer. Points are then collected via the Sales Point system. The following Sales Point systems are supported.
