Article
An Article (DE: Artikel) is the smallest bookable unit in the bessa catalogue — e.g. "large coffee", "schnitzel", "bottle of wine 0.75 l". Articles are master data, maintained in bessa Manager, and offered for booking on the Sales Point. Every article carries at least a price, a VAT rate, and a category assignment.
