Bon
A Bon (DE: Bon) is the printout of an Order for internal processing. bessa generates bons when a transaction is booked and prints them through the assigned Receipt printer in the kitchen, at the bar, or in the service area. Common variants are the kitchen bon (food), the drinks bon (bar), and the delivery note (goods hand-out). A bon drives production; it is not a fiscal payment receipt.
