Order
An Order (DE: Bestellung) is the set of Articles selected by a guest and linked to a Table or an external source (web, app, kiosk), not yet closed out. In bessa an order stays open until it is paid, voided, or transferred to another order. Orders are routed to the kitchen or bar via order monitors or receipt printers.
