Self-Service Mode
Self-Service Mode is a module inside the bessa Kassa that puts the Sales Point into self-service operation. Guests serve themselves, order, and pay directly on the device — the Kassa itself processes the order, issues the receipt, and performs the daily closeout. Self-Service Mode runs fully standalone and does not need a second Kassa in the background. Typical deployments: 24/7 unattended self-service shops, unattended pickup stations, and small self-service outlets.
