Tip
A Tip (DE: Trinkgeld) is an amount voluntarily paid by the guest on top of the invoice total, intended for service staff. bessa records tips separately from goods turnover; depending on configuration they can appear on the Invoice, be paid out in cash, or be collected together with the invoice via the card terminal. Tax and labour-law treatment depend on the country (Austria vs. Germany) and the establishment's agreement.
