Course request
The course request is a per-Sales Point setting that suppresses the automatic dispatch of Courses to receipt printers and the Order Monitor. Instead of releasing a course immediately on posting, the Sales Point holds it back until service staff manually release it via the course heading in the cart.

Disabled (default): All articles are dispatched to printers and the order monitor immediately on posting.

Enabled: Articles without a course are still dispatched immediately. Articles with a course are held back and appear only after the staff releases them via the course heading in the cart. Articles posted after the first release can be released again via the same heading.
