Waiter
Waiter (all genders) is the typical bessa User Role for hospitality service staff who take orders at the Tables, send them to the Sales Point or order monitor, and settle the bill with the guest. The term is used in a gender- neutral sense; in bessa it denotes the role, not necessarily the real job title.
