Payment Method
A Payment Method (DE: Zahlart) defines how a guest settles a receipt — e.g. cash, card, voucher, invoice on account, staff meal. bessa records the payment method during the payment step and prints it on the Invoice (a split payment can list more than one); Daily Closeout reports break turnover down by payment method.
