Show All Mappings
In the "All Mappings" tab you see a complete list of all existing article mappings for your venue.

Edit a Mapping

Click the pencil icon in the row of the mapping

A dialog opens in which you can select another bessa article

Find the desired article and click on it

The mapping is updated immediately
Delete a Mapping

Click the red trash icon in the row of the mapping

The mapping is removed immediately
Caution: If you delete a mapping, the external article name may no longer be recognised on the next order. It will then appear again in the list of unmapped articles.
Filter by Service
Using the "Filter Service" dropdown, you can filter mappings by third-party provider. This way you can, for example, only see the mappings that apply to Lieferando.
Automatic vs. Manual Mappings

Automatic mappings (marked with the auto icon) were created by the system through name similarity. Check them occasionally for correctness.

Manual mappings were created by you or another user and are usually more reliable.
